All unused parts and apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus all shipping costs. Because complete bikes are hand made, once they are in production, they can only be returned for a refund minus a fee ($300 for titanium, $200 for steel) to help partially recover our labor/material costs, and minus any shipping costs if they have been shipped to you. We do not accept returns after 30 days, and we do not accept returns of items that show signs of wear. 

We warranty all parts and bikes against defects in manufacturing and craftsmanship for a full year. You can see our warranty policy here.
